 Yurita Sari, S.Kom., MM. is a  professional and business practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the banking and financial industry in Jakarta. Her extensive career has shaped her perspective and expertise in business, management, organizational development, and leadership.

After years of building her career in Jakarta, Yurita, a graduate of the Master of Management and Business program at IPB University’s School of Business (SB-IPB), decided to return to Lampung with a strong commitment to contribute to the development of her home region.

Her experience and dedication eventually led her to be appointed as Director of Operations at PT Wahana Raharja (Perseroda), a Regional-Owned Enterprise (BUMD) of Lampung Province, following an open and competitive selection process.

For Yurita, returning to Lampung is not simply about coming home. It is about bringing experience, creating opportunities, and making a meaningful impact in the region.

This spirit the foundation of Yuta Academy.

Yurita believes that Indonesia's young generation possesses big dreams and extraordinary potential. Sometimes, what they need is not only skills, but also opportunity, a positive environment, the right mentors, and the courage to take the first step.

Ir. Yetti Yuniati, S.T., M.T. is an academic professional, educator, and mentor who has a strong commitment to supporting the growth and future of young people.

She has been a lecturer in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Lampung, Indonesia, since 2009. She earned her Bachelor of Engineering (S.T.) from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2004 and her Master of Engineering (M.T.) from STT Telkom Bandung in 2008. In 2025, she completed the Professional Engineer Program (PPI).

Her academic and professional interests include wireless telecommunications, machine learning, Internet of Things (IoT), intelligent monitoring systems, and web & mobile programming.

At Yuta Academy, she takes on a different but equally meaningful role as an Academic Supervisor & Mentor. With her experience in education and technology, she provides guidance and support to help young people build not only their knowledge and skills, but also their confidence, discipline, curiosity, and readiness for the future.

Her involvement at Yuta Academy comes from a genuine belief that young people need more than academic knowledge. They need someone who listens, guides, encourages, and believes in their potential.

For her, being a mentor is not simply about teaching. It is about walking alongside young people as they learn, grow, discover their potential, and take their first steps toward a better future.

Japanese Language Instructor — Yuta Academy

Sensei Nasrul is an experienced Japanese language instructor with over five years of teaching experience and direct work experience in Japan. His background gives him a strong understanding of both the Japanese language and culture.

He holds a BNSP-certified Japanese Language Instructor qualification, demonstrating his professional competence and commitment to quality teaching.

With a patient, disciplined, and communicative teaching style, Sensei Nasrul creates an engaging learning environment that helps students build confidence in speaking Japanese.

Nuradila Prastiya is a member of the Yuta Academy team, focusing on administration, communication, participant activities, and youth support and development.

As a member of the younger generation herself, Nur Adila has a strong understanding of the characteristics, communication styles, and dynamics of today’s youth. This allows her to build open, comfortable, and relatable communication with Yuta Academy participants.

With an educational background from STES Tunas Palapa Tubaba, she has a strong interest in administration, communication, event management, social media, and youth development.

At Yuta Academy, her role goes beyond ensuring that administrative matters and participant needs are properly managed. She also contributes to creating a supportive environment where participants are encouraged to learn, grow, dream boldly, and prepare for their future.
